I was responsible to deliver a new eService product to be launched nationwide as a Business Analyst. I was involved in a full Software Development Life Cycle from Requirements Gathering to User Interface Prototyping to Documentation to Effort and Timeline Estimation to User Acceptance Test to Deployment and Post-launch Support.

DocAssemble was used as a no-code platform to provide fast iteration for development and seamless form filling experience for users.
